This Privacy Policy explains how Bizmap Technologies ("Bizmap", "we", "us") handles information collected through this website. It does not cover the self-hosted US Payroll software running in your own environment, see "Your payroll data" below.

2. Information we collect

• Contact form: when you submit the form, we collect the details you provide, such as your name, work email, phone, company, job title, number of employees, pay frequency, current payroll provider and your message.
• Usage data: like most websites, we record basic visit information such as pages viewed, referrer, approximate device and browser, and any campaign (UTM) parameters, along with your IP address, to understand traffic.
• Cookies and analytics: if we enable Google Analytics, it may set cookies to measure site usage. You can control cookies through your browser settings.

3. How we use information

• To respond to your enquiries and provide the services you request.
• To operate, secure and improve this website.
• To communicate with you about US Payroll, only where you have asked us to or where permitted by law.

4. Your payroll data

US Payroll is self-hosted and open source. Your employee and payroll data live inside your own ERPNext, on your servers or your Frappe Cloud account. Bizmap does not collect or have access to your payroll data unless you separately engage us for a support or implementation service and grant us access for that purpose.

5. How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share limited information with service providers who help us run the website and our business (for example our analytics or hosting providers), and where required by law. Any such providers are expected to handle information only as needed to provide their service.

6. Data retention

We keep the information you submit for as long as needed to respond to you and to provide our services, and as required for legitimate business or legal purposes, after which we delete or anonymize it.

7. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to object to certain processing. To make a request, email us at hello@bizmap.in and we will respond within a reasonable time.

8. Security

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information collected through the website. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. International transfers

Bizmap Technologies operates from India, and information collected through the website may be processed in India or wherever our service providers operate. By using the website you consent to this processing.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The current version is always posted on this page with its "last updated" date.
