> Bulk create W2 forms for all employees in a year.

## Overview

The **W2 Form Tool** creates W2 forms in bulk for employees whose check stubs have been 
generated, whether the employee is currently active or inactive.

## Generate W2 forms in bulk

1. Go to **Home → USA Payroll → W2 Form Tools**.

2. Enter the **Year** and click **Get Employees**.

3. Click **Generate W2 Form Records**.
