> Generate ACH (direct deposit) files for your bank.

## Overview

**Payroll ACH** generates the ACH file that Banking Users submit to the bank. It uses the 
data stored in **ACH Report Details** together with the submitted salary slips.

## Generate an ACH file

1. Go to **Home → USA Payroll → Payroll ACH**.

2. Click **Generate ACH File**.

> **Tip:** Make sure **ACH Report Details** is filled in and the relevant salary slips are 
> submitted before generating the file.
